Who?

My name is Peleg, Dr. Nir Peleg (truly).  I always admired science for its logical thinking and Buddhism for its..well..logical reasoning. These two collided in my mind to make this site come alive.

I found experimenting with Dharma practices – the essence of this site – to uplift curiosity, enhance the joy of living and to produce meaningful insights.
